The NOS Events Center requires that all Licensees have comprehensive general liability insurance. Licensees will provide evidence of such coverage (original certificate of insurance), which sets forth the following:

• Comprehensive general liability coverage for bodily injury or death and property damage, with minimum limits of liability of $1,000,000 combined single limits (including products, completed operations and coverage for all owned and non-owned vehicles, if applicable);  and
• Workers’ Compensation coverage in accordance with applicable statutory requirements if applicable

The Events Center reserves the right to specify increased limits respecting liability insurance per event. Insurance specifications subject to change based on a per-event contract. Contact your event coordinator for more details.
